I love, love, loved working with BAEL! They were one of few of my wedding vendors that I didn't have to worry about. Holley was simply amazing; she was easy to reach, incredibly helpful with brainstorming ideal color schemes, and calmed me down during my "omg am freaking out" moments.
When I first reached out to them for a quote, Scott went out of his way to visit my venue to get a visual of what would work for the space and where the lights would be placed. In doing so, he was able to bring practical ideas to the table, and developed an amazing rapport with the coordinator of my reception site. When I finally got the quote, I was shocked at how incredibly reasonable it was. I struggled with deciding what colors to go with but Scott and Holley helped me decide on a palate that complimented the colors of my wedding linens, flowers, and overall theme. On the Friday before my wedding, I stopped by the reception to drop off some reception decor, and got the pleasure of meeting the guys that were installing the up-lights. They loved what they were doing and were incredibly excited for the final product. I tried to stay out of their way but I couldn't contain my excitement so I tagged along while they worked. It was such an amazing experience.
When I finally saw the room the next day, I was completely blown away. Everything just fell into place. BAEL took an already stunning room and made it breathtaking and romantic. It was everything I had hoped for and more. I think anything worth doing, is worth doing right. Trust me, you want a company that has a genuine interest in serving you right, and BAEL is gonna do just that. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing.

I can't even begin to explain how easy it was to work with BAEL. They were so accommodating, responsive, and detailed. They have a great staff with tons of knowledge and recommendations. Holley was so amazing from beginning to end. She checked in with us and always making sure we were happy. Thank you so much!! We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs at the Longbridge area. It's a really big area and all the lights BAEL added for us turned out perfect. We had additional bistro lights, LED trees, vintage street lamps, rail wraps, uplighting for trees, AND they hung up cranes for us. I don't even know how they pulled that off, because we gave them a lot and it was awesome!
Seriously, if you're trying to find a team you can rely on for a special event, this is who you want. Out of all the vendors we had worked with, I would say without a doubt, BAEL was my favorite. Thank you guys sooo SOO much!!

We had our wedding last month, September 17, at Saratoga Springs. BAEL was such a pleasure to work with and really made our space sparkle with all the lights!! What an absolute dream it turned out to be!!! We had our wedding in long bridge so we decided to add a gobo, up lights under the bridge, extra set of market lights across the dance floor, lighting around the perimeter of the venue and a chandelier! Everything was beautiful and our family and friends couldn't stop complementing how beautiful and romantic everything looked!!!. It was exactly what we wanted and more. Holley and the team at BAEL were such a pleasure to work with and responded to our emails so fast! We would highly recommend them to everyone looking to add that special sparkle to their wedding!! We recently were married this last September in Saratoga, Ca at a private residence. I was really worried about the lighting in the yard once it was dark. I called many lighting companies in the bay area and after numerous phone calls and quotes from other companies I called Bay Area Event Lights and met with the owners, Scott and Mike. They were gracious and patient and listened to all my ideas and questions. They scheduled a meeting that worked best with my fiance and I and met us at our wedding location so they could better understand our vision. They provided us with such great ideas and a better understanding of what are venue needed.They were personable, reasonable, and most importantly they were kind and made me feel that our event was important.
The vast array of lighting materials they have out surpasses many of the previous lighting companies I had spoken with. I was mesmerized with all the amazing lighting options we had to choose from.
They have the most beautiful and brilliant LED trees that we used all along the property. All our guests were in awe of how beautiful they were. While they come in many colors, we chose and beautiful white light on the trees that glowed splendidly when nightfall came. The trees made the setting for our wedding that much more romantic. We also did bistro lights above our dance floor which lit the dance floor and tables. The owners of the residence enjoyed the bistro lighting so much that they decided on keeping them up all year long as a permanent fixture. Finally we also chose to have old time street lamps put out all along the property to add extra light in tucked away areas.
They went above and beyond to create an incredible atmosphere for our friends and family to enjoy. Their pricing was reasonable and we were able to do more than we envisioned within our budget. We won't hesitate in the future to contact them for all of our outdoor lighting needs. They were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Had Bay area event lights decorate my wedding... it was beautiful! The weeping willow behind the alter made the pictures look like a mystical fairytale! Even though it was outside during the day the trees and the Bistro lights made the park look like a million bucks! They went above and beyond and even added little extras like little stained glass lanterns in the trees cause they knew it would just add that extra charm when I wouldn't of even thought of it. The staff worked really well together, we're on time and cleaned up afterwards. I have also seen their decorations, lights and trees at a few festivals and would definitely say that no memorable event would be as good with out their creative ambiance. They are affordable and worth every penny!
